Volterra y Monteisola is a law firm based in Seville with a markedly multidisciplinary character. We handle matters for individuals and companies: from a compensation claim or the administration of an estate to defence in court proceedings or the corporate affairs of a company.
We seek a close relationship of trust with the client in order to understand their situation and what they want to achieve in depth, and to propose the most suitable route, whether out of court or in court.

Volterra y Monteisola is a law firm based in Seville, dedicated to legal advice and defence for individuals, companies and financial institutions.
Our practice covers civil and criminal litigation, insolvency law, family and succession law, taxation, corporate and commercial law, and real estate and leases. These areas are frequently intertwined in a single matter, so we approach them in a coordinated way, with the overall view that each decision requires.
We understand the practice of law as a service based on technical rigour, diligence and transparency. Every engagement begins with a detailed analysis of the situation; the client is then presented with the available alternatives and their risks, and is informed of the fees before we act.
